On
the land in front of Bayside there is a small
development to the left - it is 100m in front
of our development and does not obstruct the view.
The great news is that Bayside also owns the land
directly in front of the development. They will
only build a one storey building on the site and
this will be protected by a clause in your contract
for a Bayside Resort apartment. Incidentally the
plan is to build a dayspa on the plot but full
permissions will not be granted for a number of
years. Therefore the top two floors in blocks
4-8 will benefit from uninterrupted sea views,
where as the ground floors will have large terraces,
ideal for families. The development will have
a large communal swimming pool and underground
parking. There will also be private gardens and
a children's playground as well as a small shopping
area.
The
apartments themselves will be finished to a high
standard with wooden and ceramic floors, and the
bathroom will be tiled floor to ceiling. Kitchen
and bathroom are included in the price. Furniture
packs are available from the developer at an extra
cost in the region of €7,000 + VAT for a
2-bedroom apartment - although at 2 years from
completion, these prices are liable to change
- we will keep you updated on this. They are also
equipped with air-conditioning and video-entry
phones.

medieval walled town of Obidos and has many fine
beaches and
historical attractions nearby. Sao Martinho do
Porto sits on the edge of a spectacular, shell-shaped
bay, protecting the beach from the full force
of the Atlantic, making it perfect for families
and an ideal spot for windsurfing and sailing.
The town is divided into the historic old town
which is filled with coffee houses, laid-back
bars and traditional restaurants, and the beach
area. There is a daily open market, and an open-air
antiques fair every month.
