The
park area, referred to in the architectural drawings
as the 'Forum', one storey below the ground level,
forms the roof of the night club below and provides
ample space to the front of the surrounding commercial
units. The forum level consists of 6 retail units,
a Health & Fitness center and a hair dresser.
Located to the rear of this area are 37 underground
car parking spaces and private storage facilities.
Access to the 'forum' will be achieved by two
diagonally stairs and an elevator will provided
access for disabled persons. In addition to this,
a ramp will provide access to the underground
car park.
On
the ground level, from the south, the main entrance
of the building leads to the main foyer. A 24hr
concierge will attend the main entrance. This
level hosts a 160 seat restaurant, 4 retail units
and 2 offices.

management and letting of the complex will be
finalised closer to the completion of the building.
